In 2005, Twin City Hospital saw many positive changes in personnel beginning with Jud Love, formerly the Director of Finance, who was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Love holds a B.A. degree from Mount Union College and is completing work toward his M.B.A. at Akron University. He joined the staff of Twin City Hospital in April of 2004 in the position of Financial Analyst for Fiscal Services. Mr. Love lives in Carrollton with his two children and wife, Bianca, who also works at Twin City Hospital in the Department of Human Resources.

Betsy Weaver, RN, was assigned to the position of Facility Quality Improvement Coordinator after working for Twin City Hospital as an RN.  Betsy is a graduate of Grant School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio and resides with her husband in Gnadenhutten.

Ellen Henderson was hired as Director of Home Health Services after working for various home health agencies in Ohio and Florida.  Ellen is a 1984 graduate of KSU and had previously worked for Twin City Hospital as a staff RN. Ellen and her husband live in Port Washington.

Dawn Furniss was promoted to Director of Human Resources after Twin City Hospital accepted the retirement of Laura Spinell who held the position for many years. Dawn was previously employed in the Human Resources Department for Verizon Corporation in Marion, Ohio before joining Twin City Hospital in December 2004 in the Patients Accounts Office. Dawn attended Capital University and Ohio State University in Columbus. She grew up in the Uhrichsville area and now resides in Uhrichsville with her daughter, Grace.

Casey Yarger was appointed to the position of Safety Officer. Casey is the Director of Purchasing for Twin City Hospital and resides in New Philadelphia with his wife and son. Casey attended Florida Atlantic University and previously worked as a Financial Services Counselor.

Polly Paladrani was named Billing Supervisor for the Twin City Medical Group.  Polly and her husband live in Dennison.

 Danielle Lurie was promoted to Interim Supervisor of Collections. Danielle graduated from Kent State University with a B.A. in Psychology and resides with her husband and 2 sons in Dover, Ohio.

Lora Morrow was appointed to the position of Supervisor of Housekeeping after the retirement of Sally Cottrell. Lora started working at TCH in 1997 as a casual in the housekeeping department and worked part time in both the Housekeeping and Dietary departments before being appointed as Supervisor for the Housekeeping Department.  Prior to being hired at Twin City Hospital, Lora served there as a volunteer Candy Striper.

Lori Guy was appointed to the position of Supervisor of the Twin City Hospital Medical Group. Lori resides in Newcomerstown with her husband, 2 sons and a daughter.

Twin City Hospital saw the retirement of two long term employees beginning with the retirement of Sally Cottrell, Director of Houskeeping. Sally, a resident of Uhrichsville, worked at the hospital for  27 years before retiring in August. Sally lives in Uhrichsville with her husband, Ray.

Also retiring in 2005 was Laura Spinell, Director of Human Resources for Twin City Hospital. Laura worked for Twin City Hospital 31 years until her retirement in November of 2005.

Twin City Hospital announced in September of 2005 that Dover Orthopedics joined the Twin City Hospital Medical Group at Twin City Hospital with Dr. Scott F. Holder, Dr. Thomas L. Teater, Dr. James E. McQuillan and Dr. Darrin J. Kuczynski seeing patients out of the Twin City Hospital Specialty Clinic on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8 AM to 12 PM.
