The Twin City Hospital Human Resources Department is responsible for coordinating all employee benefit and compensation programs. The department also processes all employment applications and maintains a file of job descriptions and performance evaluations.

 IT Assistant/Programming Analyst

• Assists the Director of Information Technology to monitor and maintain all hospital network systems, network infrastructure, network hardware, backup and disaster recovery, and software and licensing service contracts.
• Provides programming and support for database and web-based technology.
• Provides 24/7 IT support via on-site and remote.

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field required.
• At least 1-3 years of IT experience preferred.
